Duplicate entries when copying .pst file

Hi

When making a backup of my .pst file, I get three options which translated
into English are more or less

1 Replace duplicate entries by those exported
2 Authorise duplicate entries
3 Don't export duplicates

Although I never choose 2, I have noticed that my back up file gets larger
and larger than my orignal .pst file.

Also, when I have had to use my back up file in the past, it was full of
duplicate entries.

The help pages don't say anything about this aspect so can anyone explain to
me how these 3 options work.

At the moment, I supress my back up and make a new one each time to get
around this.

Hi Dave,
if you dont want duplicate mails in your backup file,
please use the third option.
