Duplicate email in Inbox & junk mail box.

Hi! Duplicate email in Inbox & junk mail box. Using Ms Outlook 2003, updated
service pack to SP2 & with windows XP Professional(updated the windows
recently). No email address set inside sender & receiver junk mail list. How
to solve this issue?
Pls help!

Duplicate incoming email (same email) at Inbox & Junk Mail Box (using ms
Outlook 2003). I had updated Windows XP Pro & Ms Office 2003 to SP2.
Junk e-mail options are set to "No Automatic Filtering". No email address
list under safe senders/ safe recipients/ blocked senders.

Care to explain a bit more? You're not making much sense nor have a real
question.
