Pat,

Download RegScanner from www.nirsoft.net

Run RegScanner and configure the search exactly as in the image below:
<http://windowsxp.mvps.org/temp/regsearch.gif>

Run a scan, and export the results to a HTM file. Post the results here.

How can I get rid of these two duplicate AudioCD file type entries in the
Folder Options dialog box?

You could simply rename the existing (default) value in these two registry
keys:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\RealPlayer.AudioCD.6
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\RealPlayer.DVD.6

Open Regedit.exe and navigate to the above locations one by one.
In the right-pane, double-click (default) and type in your preferred name.
(Example: "Real Player - AudioCD")

Close Regedit.exe
