There's no such thing as the "Command Prompt" style. Your picture sinmply
shows a command prompt window open on the desktop. To open such a window, go
to Start | Run, and type CMD.

to customize your command prompt window...
just right click on the shortcut and under "properties"
you will have lots of custom options
