missing windows and buttons style

i was attacked recently by some spyware. after i fixed my system, the taskbar
was changed into the windows classic style. i tried to change the setting to
make it windows xp style but only the classic one is available.

how do i fix this? is there a downloadable windows xp theme somewhere? (i
tried installing a different theme but still the classic style remains)

Is the Themes service started?

Click Start, Run and type Services.msc
Double-click Themes
Set the Startup type to "Automatic"
Start the service.

If that does not help, download the original LUNA theme from here:
