Different Title Bar

Is there any way to use the title bar style that appears on the command
prompt window and in the "demo" windows in Display properties>appearance
tab>advanced for all windows? This is different than the Windows classic
style in the first drop down menu on the appearance tab. I have XP Home.

Changing toWindows Classic theme can accomplish what you want.
