DUN errors after reinstalling XP

Good evening everyone,

I have a major problem regarding my Verizon DSL
connection in XP. About three days ago I had to repair
Windows XP by reloading from my system restore disk I
have a DEll pc. Ever since I did the reinstall my DSL
connection is down, when I check through Network
Connection Wizard I see that the DSL modem is recognize
but if I perform a New connection the options after
choosing manual installation, instead of showing three
choices, Connect through Dial modem, Connect with
broadband connection using a password and username are
not available to click, the only choice is connect using
a broadband connection that is always on. What should I
do?

REG file that will correct this issue for you. Download the file and save
it to your hard drive. Double click the file and answer Yes to the import
prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad to see what they contain.
