Dumprep.exe

Hi

I have just swapped my OS from Windows ME to Windows XP. My system is having :

PIII 800 Mhz
128 MB RA
20 GB HD
etc

My system is really-really slow. I know RAM is pretty much on the low side. But that should not be the only reason for it,I suspect

I had a look at my Task Manager Process Window and found a File DUMPREP.exe using maximum resourse/main memory
I did a search on my system and found this file in my windows/system32 directory

Can any body tell me Whats this file is all about? Why it is needed? And above all what can I do to increase the speed of my sysment, apart from extending RAM

Thank
