Dumping of memory

Hi,

New problem!! My PC will not boot without showing me the
blue screen in which it says "beginning dump of physical
memory... dumping physical memory to disk" and then
proceeds to count up.

I really need help as i've reinstalled Windows XP at least
5 times already and the problem is still here! I have
resorted to using my laptop again to seek help as i cant
do anything with my PC. Sometimes it'll boot up and ask me
to enter my password, doing so and pressing OK makes the
computer pause and then the blue screen comes up.

My PC has SP1 and some of the updates which i downloaded
before this started happening!

Any help would be brilliant!!!

Greetings Adam,

I had the same problem has you did... The only way I managed to fix it is to
format my drive and reinstall Windows XP from scratch. I know this is a
hassle for you. It was for me too :)

Thanks and hope this info helps!

Good Luck!

Hi Jose,

Thanks for the reply. Yeah i guess i'll have to try
that... again lol All i wanted to do was fly some planes!
I also want my PC to work hassle free but without having a
go at Microsoft or whoever, nothing ever goes right.

Ok, im primed with my XP CD and ready for installation
number 8.

If anyone else has some help or advice, however small i'd
be really grateful!

Adam Smith

My first thought is failing RAM. You may want to run a free memory test. You
can do a Google search and take your pick of those available.

Who designed your PC? Who chose the memory?
