I have a PC that keeps shutting down; I have set it to
create a dump file when it does this. The only problem is
how do I read the dump file. All the notes I have read
say use the Microsoft Dumpcheck.exe, but where can I get
it from.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Paul.

You can use the debugging tools to read the crashdump. A great resource is
the newsgroup microsoft.public.windbg
