dumb question

i just upgraded to windows XP.
now everything is HUGE.
icons,font,windows,everything is huge.
it was like this when i got the computer, but i do not remember how to fix it

Hi,

You'll have to adjust your display properties.
Go right click a blank area of your desktop and then choose Properties.
Now click on the settings tab.
In the middle of the window you'll see a screen resolution slider, slide the
slider over to the left and then hit apply, and adjust it to the way that
you're accustomed to.

Check your device manager first under display adapters,
to make certain the proper display adapter ( driver) is
loaded, after you make this determination, you then close
all windows, right click anywhere on your desktop where
there are no icons, and adjust your display settings.
