dumb question

I see this message board with all these questions but no
answers. How to we view answers? I click on "reply
email" but nothing happens on my machine.

If your question has been answered you will see the "+" on the left hand
side of the message. Click this is ecapnd your answers. If you dont see
this and you are using Internet Explorer to view them refresh the page or
use Outlook Express to view newsgroups.
