Dual monitors) Applications start on laptop not on START monitor?

My Dell laptop (2) is on my right and the 19" dell monitor (1) is on
my left.

START is on (2).

When I open an application (Outlool, IE6, Excel) it opens in (2)

How can I make the applications open in (1)?

Try downloading the Exhibitor Pro from microsofts WM home page.Its
specifically for running 2 monitors.
