dual IP for WINS

i have a network card with dual IP. but WINS server is responding on one IP
not second one. How can i configure WINS to respond on both IPs?
 
WINS can not be multihomed. It just doesn't work and you can't get it to. If you
want more info, search the MSKB for multihoming and WINS.
