dual hardrive dual boot

any how too's on how I can setup my pc with 2 harddrives
with window's 98 sec running on one and win2000 pro on the
other?
 
first install win98 on primary partition(c:) (HDD), then win2000 on the
secondary or other.
Note: See that your partitions to be FAT
