Installing win2000 with Serial ATA

Hi,

am trying to install win 2000 on a SATA Hardrive, however
after I have got into win2000 setup after starting it from
the boot discs, I get an error message telling me that
win2000 cannot detect any harddrive. Any suggestions?

I would get the drivers for the SATA controller from the SATA manufacturer.
When installing Win2k start from the CD. When it boots, push F6 to load a
new Boot-Device driver. This will allow Win2k to see your disk.
