Hello NG,
Hopefully someone might be able to help me with a dual
boot problem.
I'm a student at a community college in CA and I'm taking
SQLServer2000.
I have a laptop that has XP home on the C:\ drive and I
have a completely clean D:\ that I want to put Windows
2000 Server and SQLServer2000,(both legal copies through
the school educational partnership) and be able to dual
boot to. Just to be clear this is NOT a class assignment.
I've searched the KB and all ican find is booting to MS-
Dos or Win 98. Can some one please direct me to the right
place to find some info on setting up the second (D:\)
drive to use for new stuff. I can F-Disk to put a primary
partition on the D:\ if needed.
TIA
James

Bruce,
Thanks, it gets me started in the direction I wanted to go.
