install in 2 different dives?? what difference does it
make between installing in 1 drive and installing in 2

It is recommended that they be installed in different drives, or partitions.

Its simply bad practice to install 2 operating systems in the same partition. Folders like Program Files and others are common to both operating systems. For installed software, this can be an issue, becasue different versions of DLL's, EXE's or other files may be required by different OS versions.
