I have vista 32 bit Ultimate on my computer and would like to try the 64
bit. I have the disk, should I re-install 64 bit first and then install 32
bit or does it matter? How large a partition should be made? I would have
liked to try it with virtual PC but I understand it will not work.

Hi,

Doesn't matter which is installed first. I would recommend no less than 20GB
for the install volume. Virtual PC is an emulated 32-bit environment, so no,
you can't install x64 into it.
