Dual boot

I install win xp home on a friend machine, it suddenly
think it has a dual boot, even though I reformatted the
drive, any idea how to fix this so it doesn't think its a
dual boot anymore?

Start/run C:\boot.ini

Copy/paste the contents into a reply.

Also, what happens when you choose the unwanted entry?
