Dual Boot Win2000 and Win2003

I currently have Win2000 and would like to install Win2003 on another
logical partition. Will Win2003 handle the boot configurations so they
don't interfer with each other or would I be better off creating a new
primary partition that keeps them both separate. I use partition magic
8.

Thanks,
Pete

If you wish to use the native Windows boot manager then
the question about primary/logical partitions is irrelevant.
The Windows boot files will alwyas be placed into the
active primary partition of your primary master disk. And
since you install the later OS (Win2003) now, it won't affect
the boot behaviour of the previous OS (Win2000).

A far superior option would be to use a proper boot manager
so that the two OSs are completely independent from each
other. Does PQMagic 8 come with a boot manager? If yes,
use it! If no then you could use XOSL. It's free.
