Dual boot system

I have windows xp and windows 98 running on a partionned hard drive.

My question is can I set up a file in one OS that can be accessed from the
other OS

if so can someone tell me how to accomplish this

First of all, Win98 can only 'see' stuff in XP if XP is on a FAT32 partiton.
NTFS is not visible from a FAT32 system: Win98, SE, or ME.

Second, open Explorer and navigate to the other partiton. (If available, see
above.) XP on an NTFS partiton can 'see' a FAT32 partition.
