Dual boot problem with Windows XP and 2000

Hi there!

I have two hard disks in my system. Initially, I had Windows XP
(english version) installed on my C drive and it was working fine.
Then I decided to install a greek version of Windows 2000 on my
smaller drive. As a result, the greek windows 2000 wrote a dual boot
menu (in greek) to choose from which operating system to start from.
Although greek windows were starting succesfully when selected from
the menu, the english version of Windows XP would not start! I guess I
had to install windows 2000 first on the small drive and then Windows
XP on the main drive but I didn't want to reinstall the english
Windows XP.
I've tried clearing the MBR with fdisk /MBR to remove the boot menu to
enable me to boot XP again but the menu would not disappear.
1) Does anyone know how I can get rid of the boot menu so I can access
Windows XP again?
2) Is there a way of having windows 2000 without formatting and
re-installing windows XP on the other drive?
I would appreciate any help on this.

thanks
Dimitri

Just for future reference. When installing a dual-boot system, you
should install from oldest to newest. In this case, you would install
Win2K first, then WinXP. Also, the last OS you install will be the
one that determines the boot menu.
