Dual boot help

You need to get into the Recovery Console and from the command line type
Bootcfg /rebuild or add. Take a look at this KB Article.

I have ghosted two copies of xp mce onto two primary partitions of my hard
drive but I cannot get the 'Dual Boot' menu to appear.
