DST Problem with Outlook 2003 Calendar

Receiving a meeting invite e-mail for a meeting that has been set for a time
period between March 9th to the end of the month, the time shown in the
e-mail is 1 hour earlier than was scheduled by the organizer. Any
suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Have both sides applied the Windows and Outlook DST patches that came out
recently?
