Issue with sending an e-mail to schedule a meeting in the Outlook 2003 calendar

Hello!

I am not sure if this is an Exchange 2003 issue or an Outlook 2003 issue.

I have an Exchange 2003 server in a 2003 AD domain and clients on Outlook
2003. We have an issue with sending an e-mail to one user to schedule a
meeting in the Outlook calendar. When you send a meeting invitation to Mark
it automatically gets put on his calendar without getting an e-mail to
accept, decline or set to tentative, and it will send an e-mail invitation
to Bill even though Bill isn't on the list of attendees.

Would there be settings wrong in Exchange or in Outlook?

Thanks for helping!

Check to see if Bill is set as a delegate on any of the other mailboxes
you're sending the invite to. Check in Outlook and also check in Exchange...
