DST Calendar Issue

I have an Outlook POP/SMTP user who is having trouble with the DST Outlook
Calendar. She ran the XP update but did not run the Outlook Patch. Then
she noticed her calendar times were off and contacted me so I had her run the
DST Outlook Patch. That took care of her 3 weeks at the start and 2 weeks at
the end but all of the dates in between are off by an hour. Any ideas on
how to fix the calendar in between?

Is the DST setting correct on the computer?

Yes - the date and time are both correct and it shows that she is in DST.
