A user recieves message
dsmcsvc.exe application error
The instruction at "0x004c021e" referenced memory
at "0x02014200." The memory could not be written.
This problem seems to occur when she is listening to her
Windows Media Player. WMP will be playing in the
background, while she continues to work on other
applications. Then the dsmcsvc.exe error occurs. Is
there a solution to this problem and if so how can I fix
it?
