DSL modem

Kathy,
I talked to SBC support tonight about the modem. He said the church owns
that modem. Since, according to his records, the Church has had DSL service
for 1 1/2 years, and if they would commit to another year contract with SBC,
they could possibly get a new modem from SBC. And..........the church might
be able to get a better price.

If this is something the Church would be willing to do, the the modem you
want is a 5100B Speedstream. I am about postive the problem lies with the
modem as far as the connection problem with the web server.

One more idea, I am wondering if Richard (Crook) still has a DSL modem from
when he had DSL at home. I would call him and ask, would like to borrow it
for testing if he does or maybe the church could buy it from him. Need to
get a router if we go this way.

Thanks for your help,
Dave
