DSL/ IE interface problem

I just installed SCB/Yahoo DSL. I can surf to all websites
and access them, however, I can't open windows within
those websites. In addition, the windows to be opened
do not have any graphics associated with them. The problem
occurs both with the SBC and IE browser. I had no problem
opening these windows when I was using AOL (non-
broadband). SBC has had me change networking options on
the IE browser and I have reloaded the IE browser and SBC
uggraded options. In addition I have used the "Repair the
IE" option. It appears to me that has something to do with
Java script but this is pure guesswork. Any ideas out

Clear the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the Temporary Internet Files
(folder) be kept at
40-50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.
