The configuration is:
300 MHz
192 RAM
Windows 98
Yahoo SBC DSL
Everything was fine until I upgraded to SBC DSL. After
upgrading it, I ran Windows Update and did the IE 6
update. That's when the problem started. Its not my
computer, but she had never reformatted and had a lot of
issues going on. I reformatted the drive today,
reinstalled Yahoo SBC DSL and IE 6 and the problem was
back. When she is downgraded to IE 4 (original browser
with 98) everything works fine but upgrading to 6 brings
back the problem. I called Yahoo SBC and they said its
an OEM problem although I found another post with the
same issue. I'd be happy to leave on her on 5.5 at least
but there is no way to get a hold of it. I'm
frustrated. I need some help here.
