Dropped TS connections across WAN

Recently, several remote users are experiencing 'dropped'
TS connections on a W2K TS. The users are disconnected
and can reconnect immediantly after without a problem.
Local TS users are not having any connection problems. We
have several TS's in service and only this one has issues!
