Drivers reported by Nero Info Tool

In my Nero OEM bundle I have Nero Info Tool, which I just ran for the
first time. Under the DRIVERS tab it listed no fewer than 270 drivers.
Many seem to have no relation to Nero or DVD. Is this list intended to
include *all* drivers on my PC?

As a side issue, it seems that many of them are unnecessary for my
system anyway, raising the question as to whether they are wasting
resources.

Any information would be appreciated please.
 
Nero's Info Tool collects information about your entire system for use when
asking them for help with an issue.
I wouldn't worry about all those drivers and whether or not they're needed.
Meddling can cause problems.
