Driver Upgrade kills keyboard and mouse

C

Christopher Bakos

I tried to upgrade my Windows 4000 Keyboard driver. After reboot, my
keyboard and mouse no longer work. I can't boot into Safe Mode because--no
keyboard. I tried to boot using RC2 install disk, but it will only boot
from the hard drive.

Any suggestions?

The easy way is to go and buy one of the $10 keyboard and mouse combinations
and plug that in until you can restore the old drivers.
