My video card is in the list of supported hardware.
Other XP operating system updates are very simple when using "Windows
Update", just click on the item to be updated and follow the instructions.
But video driver updates are another matter. You usually see instructions
to remove the existing drivers, etc., before installing the new ones. If I
just click to have Windows Update take care of the update, will it
automatically take care of all the necessary chores (stop virus checker,
remove old drivers...), or do I need to do those myself ahead of time?
Advice would be muc appreciated.
