My computer freezes up when I try and watch a video on
real player or try to do a live draft for fantasy sports
when the java console opens. I get a message that says
the error was most likely caused by s3sav4.dll (a
graphics driver). I am running Windows XP. Any ideas on
how I can fix this problem? Do I need to download an
updated driver? If so what is it called and where do I
download it? Thank you.

Visit the support web site of the manufacturer of your computer
or video card, search for the latest Windows XP drivers for your
video card, download and install them.

Also:

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: HEALTH , and hit enter.
Click on "Get information about your computer", then click on
"View the status of my system hardware and software". Click on
the Video Card troubleshooter or "Look for driver".
