I recently upgraded to Window XP Edition x64 and i'm having troubles finding
a 64bit driver for a Motorola SM56 Speakerphone PCI modem. Can someone please
help me with this problem.

That is precisely why the 64 bit OS is not ready for prime time. There
is very little that will run on it and finding drivers is near impossible.
Been there,Done that.

This is the major reason the 64Bit is not popular. Not every company is
willing to provide 64Bit drivers. The best bet is to set up a "dual-boot" of
Windows XP 64Bit and XP. You would continue to use XP (32bit) until the time
you have successfully located all your missing 64bit drivers (as they become
available.)


Or, consider replacing the modem with one that has 64Bit drivers.
