driver for aztech

When I try to put my computer into standby I get the message "Device driver
for aztech CNR V 9.2 modem device is preventing the machine from entering
standby. Update driver. On the 2nd attempt to go into standby it works - no
problem. I need easy answers as I am not computer litterate. Thanking you in
advance - Shirli
