Drive sharing problem

I am trying to set my drives to be not shared. So I go into the Sharing menu
for each one, and select the "Do not share this drive" option. This setting
lasts only until the next reboot. When I reboot and check the Sharing menu
for each drive, it is back to "Shared" for some reason. I am running Windows
2000 with SP2. Am I missing something?
