Default/Administrative Share Re-appears after every reboot

Hi,

I have windows 2000 professional installed.
By default its C and D drive were administratively shared. Now when I
remove that sharing from the sharing Dialog Box and even from Computer
Management by selecting "Stop Sharing", it re-appears after reboot.

Every time I remove sharing it re-appears after reboot.

Can anybody guide me what's wrong and how to remove it permanently?

Thanks in Advance!

Regards,

To remove administrative shares;
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters
Set the Reg_Dword value of
"AutoShareWks"=0
If it doesn't exist, ADD it.
