In Windows Vista, when right-click the drive, Properties, the "Explore' and
"Open" show "????(X)" and "??(O)" repectively.

Anyone can help?

A virus scan I would suggest .....

I did scanned the drive using SEP. no virus found!

BTW, this is a network map drive. I even "disconnect" and map again. doesn't
solve the problem.

How do you arrive at 'Explore' and 'Open' in 'Properties'?
Sounds a bit strange to me.

Harry.

On the desktop, double-click "Computer", right-click the network map drive,
select "properties".

There are few map drives, but only this particular map drive has this issue.

Now we are getting somewhere, only don't know if I can help you.
Never used this particular program. Apparently you have mapped some drives
and if this one shows irregularities, you would have to undo it and start
over again. Otherwise just delete.
Someone more knowledgeable on this subject may be able to shed more light on
it.
Sorry about that,

Harry.

I managed to solve the problem.
Just need to delete that user profile and login and recreate. That's it!

Thank anyway...

And not hard to do at all, was it?
Glad you got it done and for letting us know.
Happy surfing...
