Drive options missing

Hello,

I recently installed "Roxio Easy Media Creator 7" onto my
Windows XP Professional driven laptop, and I have had some
hardware difficulties since! Neither my Floppy A drive nor
my CD (D) Drive, or my external E drive are showing up as
options in Windows Explorer! it's as if they have fallen
off the face of the earth! I cannot upload anything nor
burn anything from either the E drive or the D drive, and
it is crippling my computer use.

If anyone can assist me in finding the problem, please do so!!

if it only started after installing Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 uninstall it
and see how things are
