Drive letter

Hi all,
Do you know how to change the CD-ROM drive letter?The default one is the D drive. How can I change it to E: or F: or any leetr that i want?

Click START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL, ADMIN TOOLS,
COMPUTER MANAGEMENT. Now click on DISK MANAGEMENT, right-
click the CD ROM Drive (right-hnad pane (bottom)) & the
top menu option is 'Change Drive Letter & Path'
