Drive Letter change after installing Slave Drive

My problem is that when I installed a new and larger hard
drive, I made this my master drive and my older drive
(formerly my C: drive) my slave drive. However, when I
started my computer, Windows XP assigned my new hard
drive the with the Drive Letter E: and my slave drive as
F:.

When I switch the BIOS to make the slave drive my
bootable drive, my slave drive is assigned C: which means
I cannot assign or change my new drive to C: because it
is already taken by my older hard drive.

How can I assign or change my new and larger hard drive
to the C:? That's my primary motive and want. My slave
drive can be assigned anything E:, F:, G: whatever?
