Drive ID

I just installed a new hard drive and Windows xp to get a
nice clean fresh start. Then, to retrieve my old files I
hooked up the old hard drive that is partitioned into 5
parts.( d:e:f:g:h: ) The cdrom drive was naturaly drive
I:. Well, I got everything off the old drive that I
needed and removed it but the cdrom drive still thinks
that it is drive I:. How can I make it D:

Right click my computer and select manage. Open disk management and in the
right pane right click the cd drive and select change drive letter and
paths.
