G Guest Jul 9, 2007 #2 You probably copied some CD or DVD to the root folder of the drive. Look for the drive from a command prompt, and delete any file named 'autoplay' from the root of that drive.

Hi Gal., Check the power cable and interface cable for the CD/DVD player are properly seated to the CD/DVD player and motherboard. Does the BIOS detect the CD/DVD player?
