drag and drop tasks in outlook

When I am working with tasks in the "to-do list" current view, how do I drag
and drop a task so as to move it higher or lower on my list? I was able to
do it a couple of days ago but now can't seem to get them to move up or down
by left clicking, holding and moving it.
 
If you sort by Subject it will of course not work as you'll break the
alphabetical order. If you sort for instance By Category then it will work.
