Drag and Drop broken/disabled?

Greetings.

I have a Co-worker who is unable to drag any e-mail in her inbox to another
folder. She clicks and holds, but the little symbol doesn't appear appear
below the pointer. No error is generated and she is able to right click the
messages. She is connecting to an Exchange 5.5 Server. I am also connecting
to the same sever and am able to drag and drop. Any ideas? Windows XP Pro
