Drafts and sending Outlook 2007

The send button is missing when i try to send an email from the drafts folder
does anyone know where i can find it again -- Thanks in advance
 
Yes I have an email account setup and checked

I am missing send button too... and yes, my email account is configured ad
cheked!!! I receive my emails but I cannot reply, forward or write a new one.
I've tried everything!!!!! Please someone HELP ME!!!!!
