Dr. Watson

I keep getting a Dr Watson message each time I try to log
load Excel-2000. I have a Window NT system.

The message reads,
"EXCEL.exe
Exception: access violation (0xc0000005) Address
0x30026d89"

I cannot figure out how to fix this. Any ideas?
